Sabrina grew up in Kannapolis, North Carolina and has been in Gastonia since 1988, when she married Dr. Artie Cooper. She graduated from A.L. Brown High School and UNC-Charlotte with a B.S. in Accounting and received her CPA Certificate in 1983.

Volunteer Activities/Service

• Two Dental Mission trips to Romania and one to Haiti as a dental assistant
•  Mentored students with the Gaston County School system
•  A member of Living Hope Church in Belmont where she enjoys helping with children’s ministry, playing the piano, and women’s Bible studies.

• She has been working in the practice since January 2016 when Juanita Meares retired as Office Manager after 50 years.  She is enjoying getting to know the nuances of working in a dental practice after having worked in both the textile, and trucking industry.
  

Faye, a native of Lumberton, NC, and graduate of Littlefield High School, has been with Cooper Family Dentistry since 1984.

Donna has been with Cooper Family Dentistry since 1986 after graduating North Gaston High School in 1982, and Gaston College in 1984 with a Medical Assistant Degree.  Prior to working for Cooper Family Dentistry, she worked for Ashley Women’s Center, and for Service Merchandise as a Customer Service Representative.

Volunteer Activities/Service:

• Regularly participates in  “Toys for Tots” Christmas motorcycle ride
• Rides in motorcycle rallies to raise money for cancer patients.

Hobbies

• Trips on motorcycles all over the country (California, Niagara Falls, New Orleans, Maine and South Dakota)
• Loves spending time at her beach house at North Myrtle Beach
• Enjoys spending time with family and friends

• Has no children but has 21 nieces and nephews

Savannah lived in Gastonia before moving to Kings Mountain. She has worked as a dental assistant since 2020 when she received her dental assisting certification from NCDATS and Coronal Polishing in 2023. She has worked at Cooper Family Dentistry since February 2024.

Crystal has lived in Bessemer City, North Carolina all her life and has worked in the dental field since 1988. She has worked at Cooper Family Dentistry since 1998. She received her certification in radiology at Central Piedmont Community College in 1988 and her certification in Coronal Polishing at York Technical College in 1998.

Volunteer Activities/Service:

• Working on the NC Baptist Men’s Mobile Dental bus.

Personal:

• Married to Roger Seagraves, her high school sweetheart, since 1989

• Crystal is talented in performing expanded assisting duties and takes pride in the quality of her work and strives to please her patients. She loves getting to know her patients on a personal level and making them feel at ease during treatment.

Mandy has worked for Cooper Family Dentistry since 1988 where she has grown to love her many patients. Her goal is not only to provide patient education, but also to make all patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly cared for! Many of her patients have become her very best friends. She was born and reared in Gastonia and graduated in 1988 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Central Piedmont Community College.

• She has been married to her awesome husband, Gary, since 1988 and has two wonderful children, Morgan and Grayson, and they reside in Gastonia.

• Mandy not only is an excellent hygienist but she also truly cares about her patients personally on a much deeper level.

Lindsey has worked for Cooper Family Dentistry since November 2011 and is a native of Gastonia. She received her Associate in Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory in 2011. Lindsey received two awards in Dental Hygiene School; the NC Dental Hygiene Academy of Advanced Studies Award, and the Student Choice Award.

Nikki has worked for Cooper Family Dentistry since August, 2013. She is a graduate of Highland School of Technology High School in the Dental Academy Tract in 2005. She graduated from Gaston College in 2010 with an Associate Degree in General Education, and from Catawba Valley Community College in 2013 with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.

Hobbies:

• Loves the outdoors, the beach, mountains, and hiking
• Spends time with her family

Personal:

• Formerly a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid in Dallas since 2004.
• Member of Victory Hill Baptist Church in Dallas.

• Nikki provides patients with great dental care and teaches them how to maintain and improve their oral health. Using her expertise as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, she has a vast understanding of medications and their interactions with each other.
